Slacker

Oh my word, I haven't blogged in AGES. Two months??!? I've never been that bad! sheessh!

So! What have I done in two months? :) Lots of stuff!

Travis and I made sushi!! It was delicious! Tuna and halibut, with avocado. (and sushi rice, which has vinegar and sugar in it) YUM. It's really not that hard, and it goes fast when there are two people working at it. And no, we didn't get sick. The fish was superfresh. :) I really wanted to buy pickled ginger (cuz that's what you have on the side with sushi) and was looking all over for it, and then I asked the peoples at the FredMeyer fish place if they had any for sale, and they were like, "ummmm, here just take some" !!

And we also took a motorcycle ride to Oregon! :D It only takes half an hour from Travis's house! (Travis's? Travis'? Travisssss/'ss7s? buh..) The picture here is at a park just inside the Oregon border, by the river. I was tired, and didn't want my picture taken!

And we bought "Mastering The Art of French Cooking" by Julia Child (cuz we saw 'the movie julie and julia' and loved it so we wanted to cook French food!), and we made French Onion soup. WHOA, it was SO YUMMY! The bread on top had cheese on it and was toasted in the toaster oven, then put in the soup so it got all soft. MmmmM~MMmmm :D

And we decorated my car!! FINALLY! The Nerdfighters sticker is on there (thank you again jek!) and a bumper sticker from Forks (I will blog about that separately ^^)!!!! I loved my car before, but now it's actually made of awesome!! WOO!

I'm wearing my "defy gravity" shirt, so basically, with Nerdfighting, Twilight, Forks, and Wicked, I am one AwESOME girl! :D

Hey, when you gonna make Mum and Dud some of that great onion soup?! I'm a witness that these two know how to make sushi, even to impress an old skeptic like me! Awesome!

We really like it when Julie and Travis cook dinner here in the Seibel kitchen!
