FHE on Monday was a dessert tasting and game playing activity! There were TONS of desserts that everyone brought, and guess what!!! My chocolate filled meringue cups with strawberry sauce were the BEST!
Best? you ask, doesn't that mean you won Gold? Well... the voting system was rigged, I tell ya! I really should have won, but... the gold medal went to some No-Bakes. WHAT?? yeah. :b
I also won a $2 gift certificate to Baskin Robbins! yaay~ But here's a picture of me proudly showing off my silver medal~ ^_^ I look dumpy... but it would've been better if I hadn't had to take the picture myself... (I tried like 6 times to take a good picture, and this was the best one.. ew.)
And wait, what is that..?? Pancakes?..... NO! It's Naan!!!! :D
And so, last night for dinner we were having Chicken Tikka Masala (the kind from where the sauce is in the jar, from Cost Plus), and I was like, "want me to make naan..?" And mom was like, "YES!!!" So I did! And it got done barely in time, cuz dad had to go to this church thing. And i had had to put the dough in the warmed up oven so it would rise faster, hehe. But it was SO. GOOD. I mean like, I could charge people money for it! And with the Tikka Masala, it was HHEeeaaven~!! :D
