Jane Austen meets Shakespeare?

So I've been reading a lot lately, because I have nothing else to do. I've read the Hunger Games books, Wings, Scarlett Fever, Julie and Julia, and much more. But, while re-reading Jane Austen's "Persuasion," one of my favorite books, I turned the page to chapter 11 and found this:

Huh? Let's take a closer look, shall we?

Now, why in the WORLD would I have these quotes stuck inside my copy of Jane Austen's complete works..?? I didn't even know where I got the quotes until I looked them up just now. (The names in blue ink are what I wrote this morning.) I haven't even *read* Julius Ceasar, OR anything by Tolstoy. What the heck!? Where did I even hear these quotes?!? haha..weird.. I don't even know WHEN I put the stickynote in there. It was so stuck to the page that when I took it off, it took some ink with it. hmm.. Ah, tis a mystery that shall forever remain unknown. ....

I just need to know what 2 and 2 DO make in the valley of the shadow of death? And why it matters! Interesting.
