GUH. I feel like I'm going insane. Note to self: DO NOT TAKE JOBS THAT CONSIST OF CALLING PEOPLE ALL DAY FOR INFORMATION. I did it last year, and I'm back again. And I hate it. LIke it actually makes me shudder to hear hold music and the beep of the buttons as I call the number and a fake operator voice.
