Cheesecake Factory's Dark Bread

So I've wanted to see if there was a copy recipe out there for the Cheesecake Factory's oh so delicious dark brown bread. And, well, I found one that is pretty good, and sort of close!

Sorry the picture isn't pretty or artistic... :) I just snapped it real quick.
It doesn't taste exactly the same, but it's sweet and actually reallllllyyyy yummy~ And fairly easy to make! I got the recipe online, but I'm going to re-write it here in a more awesome and better way for people who don't use bread machines. like me!

2 T butter, softened
1 1/2 C warm water
2 1/4 t yeast (1 pkg)
1 T granulated sugar
1/2 C honey
(+ a little bit of molasses if you want, this isn't in the original recipe, but it was in others, and I put in maybe less than a teaspoon, but whatever you want)

1 2/3 C wheat flour
1 T cocoa
1 t salt
2 C bread flour (but I added maybe 1/4 or 1/3 cup more to make it not so sticky)
Soften butter and put it in your awesome Bosch mixer (I probably didn't spell that right)

Put yeast in the measuring cup with the warm water in it and add sugar to that, and let it sit and all that.

Dump it over the butter, then add the honey and molasses, and mix.

Add the wheat flour, mix some more.

Add cocoa and salt, mix again.

Add the regular/bread flour and mix, adding more flour if needed.

Then put the mixer on Speed 1 and have it "knead" for about 10 minutes.

When it's done, let it rise for about an hour.

When the dough is twice its original size, punch it down and split it into rolls. When I did it, it made 7, but try getting it up to 8. They were a little big .The dough is sticky, so use plenty of flour on your hands and on the counter, and also on the cookie sheet.

Place rolls on cookie sheet and sprinkle with cornmeal (optional), then let them rise again. (I did this for maybe 20 minutes.)

Bake for 20-24 minutes at 350. I baked them for 20 and they turned out PERFECT.

And enjoy! :D
